Gland will also have an Open Air cinema this year, open for the week of 15-19 July 2014 at the Perrerets site.  Information on the Gland Website.

In Geneva we have CineTransat, which runs from 10 July to 17 August 2014.   Bring a blanket and chair or rent a transat on site, and watch some great old movies.  The premiere of the season is Ferris Buller’s Day off.  Other classics for the summer are Groundhog Day, Total Recall, Saturday Night Fever, Alien amongst others.

The Orange Open Air Cinema in Geneva, on the other side of the lake, opens from 25 July to 24 August 2014.
